GRAMMAR - GOING TO (FUTURE PLANS)
Use Going to to talk about someting you intend or plan to do (you have already decided to do it).
E.G: Are you going to see sally this week
? :I dont´n know. I´m going to phone her this evening. + : I am going to see Maria on saturday. - : I am not going to see Maria on Saturday. ? : Am I going to see her?
We often use future time expressions with going to (this afternoon, tonight, tomorrow, next week, etc.)

GRAMMAR - Adverbs of frequency
1.Use adverbs of frequency to say how often you do something. 2.the adverbs of frequency comes before a main verb. 3.Use affirmative with usually, always, sometimes and hardly ever, never when is negative.
